Soul Performance Products provides the original owner with a LIFETIME WARRANTY for all products we manufacture covering materials and workmanship for both street and track use. We always strive to source and build the best products while providing the best workmanship and we want our warranty to reflect that. We build our products to the highest standards and make every effort to deliver a perfect product to you. Should any complications arise, our no hassle fitment guarantee assures that any complications with installation will be addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. The overwhelming majority of any issues we resolve are related to an issue with the installation process, condition of the vehicle, or other aftermarket modifications. SOUL will assess your unique situation and quickly work to determine the cause and expedite a solution. You must contact SOUL first BEFORE modifying / removing components to allow us to address and diagnose the situation as it is Fitment complication must be caused by SOUL product(s) and SOUL product(s) alone SOUL will promptly send out a replacement exhaust component OR issue an immediate refund once product is received back and inspected SOUL will cover any labor fees directly related to a SOUL product fitment issue – a valid invoice from installer is required for reimbursement HJS CATALYTIC CONVERTERS have a three (3) year warranty and are covered except when used with leaded race fuel or any type of fuel additive. Such non-manufacturer specified fuels will damage any catalytic converter and warranty is voided when these fuels and additives are used. Damage clearly evident from “burble” tunes not sold by Soul Performance Products are subject to discretion for coverage. Soul Performance Products will repair or replace the catalytic converters once (1) during the 3 year period, or give the option to exchange for a catless equivalent product if available. Sound is not covered under any warranty. We will do our best to meet expectations but sound is subjective. There are ways to adjust sound level and we will work with you to find the right one for you. Soul Performance LLC under this warranty, in any event, will not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, consequential or resultative damage. Our soul obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of our product. Second Hand Components: Product warranty applies to the original purchaser on record, for the original vehicle on which the product was installed. Second hand owners can have any possible parts repaired at cost or have the option of a reduced cost replacement of the same or similar product (requires sending in original component). COATINGS PVD coatings are covered for one year from defects. Physical damage, or any damage incurred from customer negligence void any warranty claims.
